Daniel Esplen Is the founder of Kew Hospitality
He is a highly experienced and highly regarded international hotelier having a career spanning over 2 decades with extensive knowledge in hotel management, administration, operations, strategy planning, implementation, and business development.

He draws on over 25 years of senior leader experience from the hospitality & hotel industry across the globe having worked in Dubai, Saudia Arabia, United Kingdom, Canada, Cyprus and India.
Having worked around the world for a diverse portfolio of businesses that provided hospitality to esteemed guests, Royal Families (Saudi Royal Family, UAE Royal Family, Queen Elizabeth II), Presidents, Heads of State and Prime Ministers. Working with top groups Marriott, Sheraton, Delta Hotels.

A definite value-add to any organization is his deep knowhow and expertise. This makes him the perfect hotel consultant to engage with, when it comes to managing any property as a dependable hospitality consultant.

Daniel is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Kaizen facilitator along with being a guest lecturer at Surrey University London and Graphic Era University Dehradun for the hospitality campuses.
He has also held the prestigious role of Vice Chancelier Argentier for Chaine Des Rotisseurs.

With a diverse background spanning restaurant, bars, luxury hotels, and lifestyle brands, Daniel excels in delivering increased sales, managing renovations, and orchestrating successful openings. Zainab Parsania Khan is a dynamic hospitality and speciality coffee professional with over 12 years of international experience across luxury hotels, café operations, wellness, and commercial business development in the UAE, GCC, UK, India, and Canada.

Her career has been built around creating exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial growth, and developing strong strategic partnerships across hospitality, food & beverage, events, and experiential lifestyle brands. With a proven track record in sales leadership, operational excellence, and revenue generation, Zainab has successfully contributed to business growth across hotels, wellness retreats, restaurants, and hospitality consultancy projects.

Currently expanding her expertise within the speciality coffee industry through advanced hands-on training with Araku Coffee, Zainab is developing in-depth knowledge of the full seed-to-cup journey, including coffee terroir, processing methods, roasting profiles, espresso extraction, manual brewing, grinder calibration, milk science, latte art, and live café operations. Her passion lies in blending premium coffee culture with elevated hospitality and experiential service.
Alongside her coffee journey, Zainab is also the Co-Founder of a successful wellness retreat business in Rishikesh, combining mindfulness, yoga, hospitality, and curated guest experiences for an international clientele. This unique combination of wellness, luxury hospitality, and speciality coffee gives her a distinctive perspective on creating meaningful and memorable customer experiences.
